She brought to the agency over 7 years of commercial and personal claims evaluation, coverage analysis, and litigation, along with four years of marketing insurance products and programs to agencies. Her solid corporate experience, combined with continuing technical training, provide "Select" clients with proactive risk managment. Carolyn has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and has earned the following post-graduate insurance certications:
